Aim and Scope

The main objectives of the The 6th International Russian-China Conference “Effect of external influences on the strength and plasticity of metals and alloys” include a joint discussion of problems of the external energy fields action on the structure, phase composition, defect substructure of different metals and alloys during deformation. The conference program includes topics such as the fundamental problem of establishment of the physical nature of the influence of powerful current pulses on the wave nature of plastic deformation localization and its tensile mild steel; creating a model of stress-strain state of materials at electro-stimulated metal forming; theoretical and experimental study of the effect of high-energy electromagnetic field for stainless steel, aluminum, copper, in the implementation of electronic-plastic effect to modify their properties; identification of the mechanisms of formation and evolution of structural and phase states and defect substructure in steels under deformation and the action of powerful current pulses; establishing of the physical nature of the formation of nano-composite chromium-niobium-boron-carbon-containing coatings that provide a set of high mechanical and performance properties of large products; identification of nature of the formation and evolution of nanostructured-phase states in high-carbon steel in conditions of severe plastic deformation and development of methods of diagnosing of resource exhaustion rails to the evaluation of the stress-strain state; establishment of the physical mechanisms and the creation of mathematical models of the formation and behavior of nanostructured materials in the state in the development of instabilities equilibrium states in the surface layers in the nanoscale range.
